When a hotel is directly affiliated with Time to Momo, multiple rooms can be booked at the same time. If this option is available, you can specify the desired number of rooms in the search bar.

Please send us an email at support@timetomomo.com and we will check the status of your reservation for you. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

The hotel page will indicate whether breakfast is included in your reservation. Usually you can specify whether you would like to include breakfast with your reservation. If the hotel room always includes breakfast, there won't be an option to decline it.

During my stay

Check-in (and check-out) times vary per accommodation. You can find this information on the hotel page on timetomomo.com or in the booking confirmation email.Early check-in and/or late check-out is possible at most of our hotels, for an additional fee. Please send an email to support@timetomomo.com to inquire about the possibility.

Availability of extra beds and cribs depends on the room type and the hotel. Please add this question to the "additional information" text field before finalizing your booking. This message will be sent directly to the hotel and they will contact you regarding options and any additional charges that may apply.

The "Facilities and Amenities" section on the hotel page of your preferred hotel will list all of the hotel's amenities, including on-site parking if this is available.

Payment & Cancellation

To cancel your booking, please open the confirmation email (subject: booking confirmation) you received after booking and click the "Cancel my booking" button. You will then be directed to a page with information about how much you will be refunded upon cancellation and when your refund will be issued.

Simply click once more to complete your cancellation. If you are entitled to a refund, it will be issued to you within 10 business days of the cancellation.

On the hotel page on timetomomo.com, you will find the Cancellation Policy which includes the terms and conditions for each hotel. The confirmation e-mail also includes information about the final date until which you are eligible to cancel for free.

Based on the experiences of hoteliers we’ve consulted, guests often make several reservations for different rooms and dates because they are simply allowed to cancel for free up until the last minute. This leads to a high percentage of cancellations and ‘no-shows’. This doesn’t allow the hotelier to accurately estimate the occupancy of their accommodation. To prevent this, we ask you to pay your reservation in advance. Of course, we will refund your money quickly should you cancel within the eligible cancellation period.

Yes. The payment on the Time to Momo website only includes the room (and breakfast if you have selected it). Tourist tax is paid separately at the hotel.

Payment on the Time to Momo website covers the room (including breakfast, if selected) including VAT. Tourist tax, if applicable, will be paid separately upon arrival at the hotel.

No. Administration and/or reservation fees have already been included in the total booking fee. If any local taxes apply, these will have to be paid directly at the hotel.

Yes, the hotel front desk can prepare an invoice for you with your company name and address on it.

Please make sure that the room and the conditions are the same. For example: is free cancellation allowed? If not, the initial fee may be less, but you risk losing the entire fee when you cancel. If the room is cheaper elsewhere, on the same date and with the same conditions, please contact us at support@timetomomo.com.

When you book as a traveller you do not pay a fee to Time to Momo. Only hotels that are directly affiliated with Time to Momo pay us a fee. Hotels pay a 10% fee when a guest books a room for the first time. If this same guest books at the same hotel again through Time to Momo, the hotel pays Time to Momo a 3% fee.
