In September 2023, ‘Time to Momo’ and hotel booking site ‘Moonback’ joined forces. Since then, we have continued together as ‘Time to Momo’. This way, we will expand our position and be able to serve our customers with everything from hotel booking to exploring the city.

We want to safeguard our principles 100%. That is why we are legally structured as a steward-owned company. This means investors are allowed to benefit from our profits, but cannot influence our share price. Only people who are actually involved in the company have voting rights. That voting right cannot be sold. An independent foundation has veto power so that decisions that go against our mission do not go ahead.

Our editors select the hotels according to some set guidelines. We deliberately choose not to let our locals do this. They know most of the hotels, of course, but hardly ever stay there. After all, they live in the city.
