The Museo Cuevas del Sacromonte, an open-air museum in a number of historic caves, gives you a good idea of the district's history and how people lived there. Sacromonte is a special district to stroll through and where you can enjoy beautiful views of the Alhambra and the city at several points. This neighbourhood is also known as one of the birthplaces of flamenco, an expressive art form that combines singing, guitar playing and dance.
