With its varied selection of cultural attractions, bars, shops and a large park, there’s something for everyone to enjoy in Indautxu at any time.
This is the neighbourhood to visit if you want to go shopping, enjoy a good meal and relax in the park. Indautxu is also the place to be for lovers of (modern) architecture. Together with Abando, it forms the (business) centre, home to many government offices, businesses and shops. Here you’ll find a mix of architectural styles, ranging from renovated buildings to modern extensions. With the longest street lined with (pintxo-) bars and restaurants – Poza Lizentziauren Kalea – you can satisfy your culinary cravings at any time of day, between visiting a museum and doing some shopping. Parque Doña Casilda offers an oasis of tranquillity and is a favourite spot for every Bilbaíno.
