It stands for going out and partying, for alternative and underground, but also for seedy clubs. The urban streetscape full of street art and graffiti fits right in. The crowd you meet here is mixed. Tourists, hipsters and alternative locals: everyone knows where to find St Pauli. Both on the Reeperbahn and in the giant container port, everything goes on 24 hours a day. Nevertheless, you can also find many nice spots to look out over the port with a beer in your hand.
