Brooklyn Heights is a beautiful neighbourhood with its famous classic brownstones. Many celebrities, such as Matt Damon, Adam Driver and Anne Hathaway, have made their homes here, so you might just bump into them. The Dumbo neighbourhood (Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass) was a dockland area before the 21st century, which is why you’ll find plenty of warehouses and commercial buildings here. Towards the end of the 20th century, many of these warehouses were converted into luxury lofts. Nowadays, it’s mainly a hub for trendy tech start-ups. In this area, you’ll find plenty of spots with great views of Manhattan, far away from all the hustle and bustle of the city.
