If you’re looking to mingle with the locals, this is the place to be. Batignolles & Ternes are up-and-coming residential neighbourhoods, with lovely shops and trendy restaurants. Tourists don’t really find their way to this neighbourhood, and that has its advantages: here you’ll find yourself right amongst the Parisians and can sample French cuisine at classic bistros that are also popular with the locals.
