This neighbourhood is particularly recommended for foodies and shopaholics. There’s plenty to get up to in trendy Alfalfa!
The Alfalfa neighbourhood can be divided into east and west. On the east side, you’ll find tradition, with tapas bars, traditional flamenco and cosy squares. The west side is more trendy. There’s certainly plenty to do here, especially for foodies and shopaholics. You’ll find trendy concept stores with unique designer items and exhibitions. Around Cuesta del Rosario, there are a number of modern tapas bars interspersed with small cervecerías (beer bars). And for night owls, there’s plenty to do in the evening too, especially in and around Plaza de la Alfalfa.
