This hotel is centrally situated close to the River Rhine and less than 1 km from the cathedral/main station, a lot of sightseeing points and the main shopping area. Public transport departs from stops located within walking distance just 200 m away. Nearby you may also find the well-known Cologne Zoo.  Built in 1904, the hotel building in former times was the music museum of Cologne. Today the charming hotel comprises a total of 47 rooms spread over 7 floors of which 28 are single rooms and 19 are double rooms. Guests may make use of the foyer with 24-hour reception desk and a lift. In addition, there is a WLAN in all rooms and official places free of charge, a car park, and room and laundry services.  The comfortable and cosy rooms come with a bathroom with hairdryer and are all fully - equipped as standard in addition a minibar, safe, satellite-tv, telephone and coffee and tea maker. Some of the rooms have air condition and some have a view on the rhine river.
