Located a five-minute walk from the TGV train station and the business district, Citadines Lyon Part Dieu offers convenient access to major corporations such as Areva, BPCE, and Société Générale. This aparthotel sits at the edge of the business area and the renowned Part Dieu shopping center. Just a short walk from the Part Dieu TGV station, it's easily accessible by metro, bus, or tram, and only a 15-minute walk from the city center. The aparthotel features 98 studio and one-bedroom apartments, some with balconies. While many services are included, additional options are available for an extra charge. Citadines also prioritizes guest and staff safety with their Ascott Cares program, emphasizing high hygiene and cleanliness standards. Starting in October 2025, our serviced residence undergoes a beautification project until June 2026 and remains open during the renovations.
