Hotel van Walsum has been located on the tree-lined Mathenesserlaan since 1936. A quiet area and yet ... in the center of the lively city of Rotterdam. It is a small-scale family hotel that has adapted flexibly to the new 1.5-meter economy. For example, there is no longer a breakfast buffet, but an à la carte breakfast menu. You can opt for room service or have breakfast at an appropriate distance in our restaurant and, in good weather, even in the hotel garden. The local restaurant Spaghettata serves dinner. You make your choice from the menu and the team takes care of the rest. It is easily accessible by both public transport and by car. You can park on our own, enclosed grounds, at EUR 15 per night. The museum district, shopping centers and Erasmus MC are within walking distance. All 28 stylishly furnished rooms are equipped with private bath or shower. The Comfort Airco Room is very special: fully furnished with air conditioning, flat screen television, refrigerator, ironing unit, laptop safe and facilities for making coffee and tea.
