    This aparthotel, built in 2011, is nestled in Seville's historic center, a mere 10-minute stroll from the iconic Giralda. Nearby attractions include the Plaza de la Encarnación and the Alameda de Hercules, bustling with shops and tapas bars. Santa Justa train station is approximately 3. 5 km away, while Seville Airport is about 13 km from the property. The building houses five one and two-bedroom apartments, accessible by lift. Guests can enjoy amenities such as Wi-Fi, laundry/dry cleaning services, luggage storage, and car and bicycle rentals. Each apartment features an en suite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, satellite/cable TV, internet access, a kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, and tea/coffee making facilities, an ironing set, air conditioning, central heating, and a private balcony or terrace. One pet under 15 kg is permitted per apartment for a €50 fee, payable upon arrival. Check-in and key collection are at Calle San Vicente, 10, between 4 PM and 9 PM. Arrivals after midnight incur a €12/hour late fee. For self-check-in at Calle Alberto lista, 4, please call +34 658 318 107 at least 5 days in advance. A €150 damage deposit is required upon arrival via credit card and will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, pending an inspection of the apartment.
