    Boasting a convenient location just a few minutes from Seville city centre, la Giralda tower and other important tourist sites in the city, this property is the ideal choice for those travellers eager to visit all this beautiful region has to offer. Guests will find themselves just a few steps from a choice of shopping venues and famous tapas bars. Set in a restored building, this apartment complex boasts a traditional Andalusian-style and offers a choice of comfortable, spacious apartments with all the necessary services and amenities. The complex comes complete with a stunning shared rooftop terrace with magnificent views over the city. Pets; Máximum of one pet under 15 kilos per apartment. Pay at the establisment 50€/ per stay. Máximum of one pet under 15 kilos per apartment. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Calle San Vicente, 10, from 16:00 to 21:00 hours. For arrivals after 00:00 they must pay a supplement of €12/per hour of delay. For the check in we reccomend you to contact 1 day before the arrival 0034 658 31 81 07. If you wish an autocheck-in Calle Quintana, 35 , please contact at least 5 days before your arrival 0034 658 318 107. A damage deposit of 150€ is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
