Harmonie & 't Groen Kwartier together form the ideal district if you want to discover the charm of Antwerp at a leisurely pace. What used to be just residential neighbourhoods is now growing into a district where you can stroll past shops (antique and vintage design), places of interest, a nice park and atmospheric restaurants and cafés. It is still remarkably quiet here, tourists don't seem to have found their way here yet. Don't skip Pakt. Here you will find creative entrepreneurs and very nice cafés and (chic) restaurants. Here you are guaranteed to be among the locals.
