If you’re a fan of architecture and parks, this is the place for you. This neighbourhood has traditionally been one of the most sought-after – and therefore most expensive – in Milan, renowned for its magnificent historic buildings and hidden gardens. There are plenty of small cafés and boutiques, particularly around Piazza Wagner. On Corso Magenta, you’ll find important monuments linked to Leonardo da Vinci and his contemporaries. This street is also home to the Museo Archeologico. On the edge of the city centre stands the imposing Castello Sforzesco. Through the rear exit, you can reach Parco Sempione, a large park featuring nature, cafés and art. On the other side lies the Arco della Pace.
