Central in the neighbourhood is Biltstraat, with many delicatessens and restaurants. Here you can choose from a wide range of lunches during the day and excellent dinners in the evening. The side streets lead into the heart of Wittevrouwen, where the streets are narrower and the houses cosy. Here you will also find Roberto Gelato: according to many the best ice cream parlour in Utrecht. At the edge of the neighbourhood is the Griftpark, a modern city park where skaters mix with families visiting the petting zoo.
