This is the place to be for conviviality interspersed with relaxing in the park. The district borders the Jardín del Túria. Parallel to it is the Paseo de Alameda, formerly the access road from the sea to the royal gardens and the royal palace. The palace has since disappeared, but the look is still royal. You can relax there with a snack and a drink under the huge ficus trees. The Mestalla stadium of Valencia CF football club is also in this district. Before and after a game, supporters create a convivial atmosphere in the pubs around the stadium, and during the match you can hear from afar if a goal was scored.
