Bordering the Rhine River, Lindt Chocolate Museum and Cologne's city center, the NH Köln Altstadt hotel, formerly known as NH Köln City, is a feast for all of the business or leisure traveler's senses. Located in the heart of the energetic Rheinauhafen business district, the hotel's prime location allows visitors to walk all over the Old Town to top local sites including Cologne Cathedral, Kölner Philharmonie, the Roman-German Museum and Köln Messe exhibition center. A short walk to several tram centers including Severinstrasse, Ubierring and Köln Heumarkt stations link travelers to the greater Cologne area. Built in 2002, the NH Köln Altstadt has 204 spacious, plush, modern rooms, many with views of the Rhine or Cologne Cathedral. Guests can seek additional refreshment in the ample spa facility, which includes a sauna, steam bath and relaxation room. For dining options, enjoy the breakfast buffet. Guests can converse and unwind on one of our two terraces: an intimate courtyard or another adjacent to the stylish Unico Bar.
