They are strategically located for easy access to Valencia's beaches and city centre, and very close to the City of Arts and Sciences (Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias). The property consists of 40 1-bedroom flats, including five lofts. These living spaces have the capacity to accommodate 1-3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, making them the ideal arrangement for couples, families, or business travel. You will appreciate the comfort of the facilities, the meticulous décor, and how the attention to detail makes you feel right at home. The flats are each equipped with one bathroom with a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and personal hygiene products.
